General entry checklist
All foreign nationals travelling to the Philippines for the ISTQB General Assembly and Conference must satisfy standard immigration rules on entry.
- Passport validity. Valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
- Return ticket. A valid return or onward ticket to your next destination.
- eTravel registration. Register on the official Philippine eTravel portal before boarding.
- Invitation letter. If your embassy requires one, request a formal conference invitation from our team.
Visa-free privilege (EO 408)
Citizens of more than 150 countries travelling for business or tourism may enter the Philippines visa-free for initial stays of 14 to 30 days. Check the official Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) listings to confirm your passport's classification.
