Conference admission

QA QuestConf PH is free to attend, so there are no admission fees to refund. If your plans change, please cancel your registration by emailing info@phstqb.org so we can reallocate your place — seating is limited.

General Assembly delegates

Delegate participation is arranged through member boards. Notify the Secretariat as early as possible of any changes so we can update logistics, transfers and catering.

Hotel & travel

Accommodation, flights and tours booked through third parties are governed by those providers' own cancellation terms. Please review them at the time of booking.

Sponsorship & paid items

Any paid sponsorship or exhibition packages are governed by the terms in your signed agreement.

Force majeure

If the event must be postponed or moved for reasons beyond our control, we will communicate options to registered participants promptly.
