Both are organised by PhSTQB across one week in April 2027. The public Software Testing Conference opens the week on 10 April in Manila. The programme then moves to Cebu for the ISTQB Working Group meetings (12–15 April) and the executive-level General Assembly (16–17 April).
The General Assembly and Working Group sessions are for delegates of ISTQB member boards. The Manila conference on 10 April is open to all testing professionals, students, sponsors and partners.

Citizens of more than 150 countries may enter visa-free for short stays under Executive Order 408. Passports must be valid for at least six months, and all travellers register through the eTravel portal. Registered delegates can request a formal invitation letter — see Travel & Visa.

Yes. Indicate accompanying companions during registration. There's a companion programme of tours and experiences around Cebu to enjoy while sessions are on.
Yes. The registration form captures dietary needs — vegetarian, halal, high-protein and specific allergies — and the resort tailors menus accordingly.
