ISTQB Spring GA 2027 and QA QuestConf PH are dedicated to providing a harassment-free, inclusive and professional experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or level of experience.

Expected behaviour

• Be respectful, considerate and collaborative.
• Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behaviour and speech.
• Respect the venue, staff, and fellow participants.

Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment includes offensive comments, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions, and unwelcome physical contact or attention. This applies to all event spaces — including sessions, the exhibition, social events, transport, and online channels.

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, contact the Secretariat immediately at info@phstqb.org or any event staff member on site. Reports are handled confidentially.

Consequences

Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. Organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including a warning or expulsion from the event without refund.
