What we collect

When you register or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, organization/board, and (for delegates) travel, dietary and companion details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To operate the event: confirm your registration, arrange logistics (accommodation, transfers, catering), issue invitation letters where requested, and send you relevant event communications.

How it's processed

Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) on our behalf and are accessible to the PhSTQB Secretariat. We share only what's necessary with the venue, hotel or transport providers to deliver the service you requested. We never sell your data.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data only as long as needed for the event and applicable record-keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@phstqb.org.

External services

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and is hosted on Netlify; each may process limited technical data (e.g. IP address) to deliver content, per their own policies.
